Frequently asked questions

Will a Spanish authority actually accept your sworn translations?
Yes — they’re produced and signed by translators listed on the MAEC register of sworn translators-interpreters, which is what Spanish authorities check for. If one is rejected on formal grounds, we correct and re-issue it free.

How is the price calculated before I order?
Sworn and certified translations are priced per page (250 words); legal, financial, technical, medical and localisation work is priced per word; interpreting is sold in half-day and full-day blocks. Every service page shows the exact rate and any minimum order.

What payment methods do you accept?
Card (demo/test mode on this build), bank transfer, and invoice on request for registered businesses.

Is my document kept confidential?
Yes — see our confidentiality and file-handling policy on How it works; an NDA is available on request for sensitive material.

Do you only work between English and Spanish?
Yes, by design — we work EN⇄ES exclusively, which is what lets us calibrate rigor and glossaries per client rather than spreading across many language pairs.

What if my order is smaller than the minimum?
The minimum order for that service applies, and the uplift is shown explicitly in your cart before you pay — never a silent difference from what the calculator implied.
