How do you handle terminology that’s already fixed by our style guide?
Send it over before we start — we translate to your existing glossary and style guide rather than establishing our own where one already exists.
Can you translate software UI strings, not just documents?
Yes — strings in XLIFF, JSON, or a spreadsheet export all work; we keep character-length constraints in mind where you flag them.
