Why is sworn/certified priced per page and everything else per word?
Sworn and certified translations are usually short, discrete civil documents where a page count is the clearest, most predictable unit. Legal, financial, technical, medical and localisation work varies enormously in length and density, so per-word pricing scales fairly with the actual content.
What counts as a "page"?
250 words, regardless of formatting or font size — a standard, countable unit rather than a physical sheet, so pricing doesn’t change based on layout.
What does "minimum order" mean in practice?
If your word count or page count comes in under the service’s minimum, the minimum applies instead — shown explicitly in your cart as an uplift, never silently.
What does Express actually change?
Delivery time only — from the standard window down to 24 hours from a confirmed order — at +50% of the order value. Quality and process stay the same.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
No — every price on this page is ex-VAT; IVA at 21% is calculated and shown as its own line at checkout.
