Accepted, or we fix it. If a Spanish authority or the receiving institution rejects a sworn or certified translation of ours on formal grounds, we correct and re-issue it at no cost.

Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between standard and sworn interpreting?
Standard interpreting covers meetings, negotiations and conferences. Sworn interpreting is for notary and court contexts that specifically require an interpreter with that accreditation present in person — it’s priced separately and only offered on-site.
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 3 working days ahead where possible, so we can confirm availability and run the briefing call properly. Shorter notice may be possible — ask.
What happens in the briefing, and do I need to prepare anything?
We ask for context (who’s meeting, what’s being discussed or signed) and any specific terminology or names in advance. A one-page brief or a short call is usually enough.
Do you offer simultaneous interpreting for conferences?
Our core offer is consecutive/liaison interpreting for meetings and appointments. For simultaneous conference-booth interpreting, ask and we’ll advise honestly on whether it’s a fit or point you to a specialist.
Can interpreting be combined with a sworn translation for the same matter?
Yes — many notary appointments need both a sworn translation of the document and a sworn interpreter present for the signing. Book both separately; mention the connection and we’ll coordinate timing.
